Sarah is a Digital Marketing Manager and Entrepreneur with experience in book marketing (including the successfully marketed of the best-selling thriller novels of her husband, Chris ‘Intrepid’ Allen). Her presentation focused on why and how to build a social media strategy across multiple online and real world platforms. Claire Pasvolsky

Claire is an award winning actor, writer, director and producer who has successfully studied, worked and travelled throughout Australia and abroad. Anthony Scully

Anthony is an ABC radio journalist and producer for ABC Open for 1233 ABC Newcastle – https://open.abc.net.au/people/2512. ABC Open shares ‘real stories made by real people from all around Australia’. Anthony recorded interviews with members and led members in writing tales of ‘500 words or less’. A number of these stories later appeared on the ABC Open website https://open.abc.net.au/.

Jan Mitchell

Jan has recently published her latest travel memoir and ran us through exercises to brush up our understanding of all things grammatical. Alison Ferguson

Alison writes fiction and academic non-fiction and is currently writing her first novel.
